Sakaya Kitchen is a conceptual rebrand for an existing company. The brand identity and packaging allowed for an exciting and playful use of color and pattern whereas the menu design focused heavily on typographical layout and functionality. This project allowed for integration of my illustration skills as well as technical design skills. A physical menu was produced following the development of the brand. In the era of the pandemic and QR codes for menus, a digital menu was created as well.

Essentual is an eco-friendly stationary brand. Their bold colors and fun patterns are intended to reinvent what sustainability can look like. Leave behind the browns and beiges and the stereotypical leaf icons, Essentual is re-imagining what it means to be eco-friendly with recycled and repurposed materials. The u-umlaut has been turned into a smiley face, because why does nobody ever emphasize the latter half of eco-FRIENDLY? The repetitive turns of the double "S" creates a pattern that celebrates reusing without that reduce, reuse, recycle triangle. This loud and playful brand is here to bring color back to your pencil pouch and keep our planet happy!

What Lives Here? is a concept design for a festival that seeks to embrace the macabé niche of the United States’ most haunted towns and cities. Festival goers come for either the fear factor, the same reason people go to haunted houses, or because they have a genuine interest in the paranormal and enjoy learning about and experiencing first hand accounts through the unique events housed in each location based celebration. What Lives Here is a travelling festival that will be visiting Salem, Massachusetts, San Francisco, California and New Orleans, Louisiana.
